How things just fade away

I was searching the web for some info about Mark Carroll, whoose album All Wrongs Reversed I got as a Xmas present for someone (on the strength of a single I picked up for a euro somewhere). He used be in Puppy Love Bomb and the Hormones and All Wrongs Reversed is a collection of b-sides etc before his proper follow-up to his debut Ten of Swords. His name reminded me of the lead singer of mid 90s Dublin janglists Bawl (whoose lead singer is Mark Cullen) so I had a quick look for stuff about them on the web. And this is the surpising thing - a band whoose debut single was the NME debut single of the year in 1995, whoose debut album (Year Zero) is an excellent record that was well received - merit only a handful of mentions on the web. No web page, one interview and a few snippets on other sites. It all seems wrong....

Twenty one days, nine hours, 25 seconds.

I've recently been converted to iTunes, and have slowly ripped pretty much every CD I own. This is dead helpful when it comes to the stated purpose of Beard - the end-of-year list.
So here's the long list - ie the stuff that I bought this year from this year. Judging by last year, there's probably this much again that I'll only find later.
