Christ on a bike. A month without anything to say from anybody. My excuse is that I went overboard on the work/gig balance thing. Work's settling down to a regular pace again, and I think the keep my liver on the ropes combination of St Patrick's Weekend, Easter, 30th Birthday Parties and lots and lots of gigs might have finally abated. I didn't make it to All Tomorrow's Parties, and I can't make the trip to Boston, so I've consoled myself with tickets to Glastonbury & The Electric Picnic.
Well, that and going to see Kylie (twice), Go! Team (great fun, but wouldn't it have been nice to see them with a competent sound engineer), Joey Beltram (god I've missed techno), Tony Bennett (the man can still sing), Money Mark & Kid Koala (if the tour's coming near you (yes, you Conrad), go see them now, Moon River is worth the price of admission).
What have the rest of you been up to? And does anyone object if I rip out the bastard Grey Matter/Movable Type hybrid design and clean things up a bit (sometime when I'm less busy)?
